Working on Observation Using a Listening Game

by

Neva Thiessen | Early Childhood Educator | Wichita, Kansas

This activity teaches students how to make scientific observations with their sense of hearing. The teacher places objects in small boxes that will make different sounds when the box is shaken. The students listen and try to figure out what is in the box.
