Hi. My name is Cindy Johnson, and today we are working on the number hunt. The number hunt is a game that we play with the kids where we hold a flash card of a number and the kids have to go find the matching number somewhere in the classroom. This game is really beneficial for children who have a really hard time identifying numbers one to ten, and it also helps the children who already know one to ten, give them the encouragement to help the children who don’t know those numbers. Okay, are you ready for the number game? All right the number hunt. Remember, I’m going to hold up my card, I need you to tell me what that number is, you’re going to go and find that number. If you find it you get to? Keep the card, very good. Okay Kaden, are you ready? All right, Kaden what number do I have? Eight. Very good. Can you find a number eight in the classroom? As quick as you can. Where is the number eight? Look all around, do you see it? Very good. Good job. All right Kaden. Mia are you ready? Okay, Mia what number is that? Can you find a number three Mia? Number three. Oh, excellent. Good job. Way to go, number three. Mr. Blake are you ready? Number? What is that number? Number nine. Mmm, good job. Number nine. Way to go, you get to keep that. All right, Miss. Olivia, do you know that number? Do you need help? Can we help Olivia? What number is that? Number six. Can you find it? Number six, right. We can do it Olivia. Where’s number six? It looks like this, see it? Yes, go ahead and count down, you’re right. Go ahead and count down. Where is it? Good job, number six good. Good job. Okay, and Jet our last number. Number five. Oh, and your five so we can point to you, because your five. Alright, good job everybody.
