Children naturally learn by exploring and interacting with everything around them. So in the Hands On method, the teacher provides opportunities for students to learn by touching and interacting with real objects or living things. This allows the students to explore and discover in ways that make learning fun. Also, when the teacher introduces a new idea or concept, like mixing two colors to make a new color, students may have a hard time understanding. So the teacher can use the Hands On method to provide an activity that makes the idea easier to understand.
