Every day I welcome my kiddos to school as our school family. So important to me to establish that relationship with each and every kid, as a whole, we’re a family, but I also respect them individually. They have a relationship with me that’s formed from the very beginning of the year, and I think it’s really important to have that special time with just them, I may take a walk with one of them around the playground, or I may just hold one of their hands, and talk to them, and listen to them, and have that time together, and not always when they just make a mistake, or they’ve done something wrong and they’re in trouble. But, forming a relationship of trust and respect for each of the students is most important.
